The Prince George Rec Hockey League is endorsing a slate of candidates in the run up to Saturday's municipal election. It is supporting Shari Green for Mayor, and Frank Everitt, Lyn Hall, Albert Koehler, Brian Skakun and Cameron Stolz for Council. The League says the matter of running a slate came up during the September Annual General Meeting and was "part of a larger discussion about the defeat of our motion with Council to have an additional arena built for the 2015 Winter Games."
