The salvation Army Christmas Kettle had a very successful weekend, raising just over 17-thousand dollars. The total raised to date is almost 45 and a half thousand dollars. Volunteers are still needed, especially in the time period from 2 - 6pm everywhere, and outdoors on the weekends. To volunteer call 564-4000.
