City shelters have been at capacity for most of the winter, thanks to harsh cold snaps, and lots of snow. Executive Director of Active Support Against Poverty, Audrey Schwartz, says the community has really come together this year to help the 400 homeless in our city. Schwartz says she hopes finding a long term solution to the homelessness issue is a top priority for city council.
