Canada Day celebrations at Fort George park were a success for the most part.
Executive Director of the Multicultural Heritage Society Marlese Greulich says if the turnout wasn't a record-breaker, it was close. Some people were upset there were no fireworks. Greulich says the reason for that is simple......no one came forward to sponsor them.
