Monday kicks off a special event for Service Canada's Youth Employment Program.
Edward Dunn says the next two weeks will focus on casual labour, with information booths set up at a number of locations for both youth and employers. For the next two weeks they'll be at Wal-Mart on Monday, Central Builders on the bypass on Tuesday, and Canadian Tire the next two Wednesdays.
The whole idea is to get roughly 40 casual labour job postings to put kids to work.
