The Spruce Kings moved into third place in the Interior Conference after slipping by Salmon Arm 4-3. Jujhar Khaira paced the offence with a goal and three assists. The victory gave the Kings 52 points. One better than Chilliwack who lost 5-1 to Penticton. The Vees tied a BCHL record with their 29th consecutive win. The Kings will look to sweep the home double header when the teams square off again tonight at 7:00 at the Coliseum.
